CHEESE CONNECTIONS — Last week, staff from the International
Agribusiness Center at the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) hosted a delegation of cheese buyers from France and other European countries on a trade visit highlighting Wisconsin cheese and butter. DATCP led the delegation on tours of dairy processors, as well as to a mini trade show with Wisconsin cheese companies at Hinterland Brewery in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
